Invisible City wall light

This wall-hanging, LED-backlit wooden city is both a dreamy sculpture and a practical storage unit. It is made of birchwood and basswood on the outside, which is also gilded with golden leaf. On the inside, Umberto Dattola used walnut wood. Every house has a red coral door knob and can be opened and used as a box for small objects. A solid ash wood branch, found in the wood close to the artist’s home, seems to hold up the sculpture.
