Ban Naomh Brigid

This illuminated manuscript folio on parchment replicates the insular style, with a modern twist. It is based on events in the life of Saint Brigid depicting being anointed by angels as a baby and a column of fire rising from where she slept. The Gaelic text reads, ‘Ban Naomh Brigid’.
