Organic cotton fabric in ochre tones

These cotton gauzes were dyed with onions skins and are part of a larger study of colours obtained with onion skins. Test of saturation, dyed material versus fabric weight, temperature and bath pH are very interesting and allow Taller Silvestre to get different hues from a single bath dye. This type of process is also in line with Taller Silvestre's journey, to be as sustainable as possible and exhaust the colour bath till the very last drop.
