Damascus Santoku kitchen knife

A Santoku is a traditional Japanese chef knife. “Santoku” in Japanese means “three virtues” as this knife is a true all-rounder. Dimitri Turcott handcrafted the blade from stainless damascus steel, two different steels forged into a beautiful pattern. The knife handle is made from dark walnut and the sheath from dark vegetable tanned leather. The blade was cryo treated optimising the crystal structure to guarantee superior edge holding.
