Damascus Santoku kitchen knife with blue handle

A Santoku is a traditional Japanese chef knife. “Santoku” in Japanese means “three virtues” as this knife is a true all rounder. Dimitri Turcott crafted his blade from stainless damascus steel with its beautiful pattern. The handle is made from black/blue glass fibre. The blade was cryo treated optimising the crystal structure to guarantee superior edge holding.
