As part of Gaudencia Yupari Quispe’s series called Tasks Assigned to Women, this vertical embroidered textile panel reflects on the care work of women in Andean communities, making visible the physical and mental effort of domestic chores and questioning its historical invisibilisation as labour. It features a mother with child as she spins wool.
