Om de Parets II

This elm woodturned bowl was reclaimed from a cut down tree in Parets del Valles, Catalonia. The wood was turned immediately after the tree was cut down in a technique called green woodturning. The piece features an astonishing burl that originally was close to the tree’s bark and now displays in the open sides. It is finished with natural oil.
