These sculptures by Lulu Osnaya were hand cut and sewn from paper. The sheets were sliced into thousands of lines that allow the mass to fall into three-dimensional swathes. The structures were mounted on a central transparent rod for display. Inspired by the serenity of ceremonial spaces and gestures, the pieces subtly respond to their surroundings, whether through wind or sound.
