90’s Baby Banana

Inspired by a fruit once cherished as a rare childhood treat, this piece is constructed from monofilament thread through machine and hand stitching. The work considers how ordinary objects become repositories of attention, where value is created not by rarity itself, but through gestures of keeping, saving and sharing.
