Filigrana lattice sculpture

This rounded blown glass vessel was formed from fine black filigrana canes arranged in a vertical lattice. The woven lattice creates transparency, depth and shifting optical effects as light passes through the glass. This sculpture belongs to the Five-Part Black Net collection.
