Plume

Plume is a lightweight chair made of walnut wood. The structure is built using a walnut box-beam technique in which all internal, non-visible parts are assembled by gluing 4mm walnut strips at 45° angles to form hollow box sections. The seat is inspired by the woven maple baskets that mountain people traditionally used to carry their belongings.
