Farm worker

This is a life size figure made from hand blown, hand sculpted glass. It was created in sections and then assembled. It depicts a figure with his hands raised, suggesting that he is being arrested. On his arms, the words ‘neither here, nor there’ are rendered in oil paint. His shirt bears the Farmworkers’ Union logo of a black eagle set within a red and white flag. The figure appears bald and is dressed in blue jeans and Mexican huaraches sandals.
