This porcelain sculpture was created during Homo Faber Fellowship 2025/26 by ceramicist Caterina Roma based in Spain, and Argentinian-Spanish fellow Mili Couto Perkins. The creation of this river sculpture reflects the process of 'becoming'. Each element was shaped on a potter’s wheel and then altered. The piece was further transformed by 50 hours in a wood kiln. Parts that emerged broken were mended using the kintsugi technique.
