Diana With Budgies

This large neckpiece features a black and white image of Princess Diana framed by an oval cut out in a square biscuit tin lid. The frame is decorated with seven pairs of budgerigars, cut from another biscuit tin and framed with a halo of plastic pearls that hangs on a string of larger pearls.
