This woven sculpture was created during Homo Faber Fellowship 2025/26 by weaver Morgane Baroghel-Crucq based in France, and French fellow Maëva Louvel. Inspired by the Moirai, the ancient Greek Fates who weave the thread of life, this wall hanging is made by knitting enamelled copper threads into ‘tubes’ of different sizes and colours, which are then woven on a loom to create a pattern.
Linen, Copper, Wall hanging, Aix-en-Provence, France
