This collection of blown glass forms featuring a low bowl, a tall bottle, a sphere and a vase shape is made using a traditional Venetian glass technique. Rods of black coloured glass are fused into a sheet of fine lines, then rolled up onto a blowpipe before being twisted, blown and shaped into elegant vessel forms. Each piece is finished with a flared, coloured glass lip in either red, yellow, blue or green glass.
Homo Faber Finds is a new service aiming to inspire admirers of craft to connect and collaborate with exceptional artisans.
