Oyster knife
This dagger-style oyster knife features a thick, symmetrical stainless steel blade with a double, unsharpened edge. The pear-shaped handle is made of stabilised cherry burl. The flared guard, crafted from stainless steel and G10, provides a secure hand rest to facilitate the oyster-opening motion.
