Black hole chair No.1

This piece is curvy, wide and low but follows a conventional four-legged chair format. A curved, one-piece seat continues to a backrest and four turned legs are attached to the bottom. The black-painted surface is matched with an ochre tone of American white oak. The seat is constructed using the segmented carving technique, while the turned legs are glued to the bottom of the seat.
