This is a hand cut paper sculpture of a reminagined world map cut into layers. From the top layer down, an atlas is cut into filaments that form fractals over the surface of a recomposited world map. This covers a layer of recessed circular sections showing more map layers. In the centre is a clock mechanism. It is framed in a round Kiaat frame.
