Ice islands

These five iceberg-inspired shapes are made with layers of stiffened crocheted linen and hand cut fabric disks. The spine of each piece is embedded in resin, and the sculptures sit on a wood disk with wheels. The piece is an inquiry into our changing ecosystems.
