Figure of a finch, dreaming of flight

This porcelain sculpture of a woman has two finches morphing into the back of her dress and porcelain legs suspended inside to create a bell. Painted pale purple, green and yellow, it is a commissioned response to an 18th century Bow porcelain figurine.
