uNozakuzaku ii

This hand built base and horns sculpture was made using a combination of bronze and stoneware. The base is highly texturised in a yellow glaze, while the horns are patinated and sharp, creating a contrast. The object represents the body of a woman and the lobola (payment of cows) to the family of the bride. The name of the sculpture translates as The Negotiator.
