This is a wall hanging in raw cotton and jute. Helena Medrano recovers an ancient botanical technique to transfer the real plant's essence onto fabric. Strelitzia leaves, gathered by Helena, are printed using a chalcographic press, their warm earth-toned imprint emerging from the burlap's textured ground.
