Flight

In this glass sculpture that draws on the image of a bird rising from water, the form is built from lapis-blue glass and hundreds of hand pulled canes. Hand blown in Randi Solin’s Vermont studio, the sculpture’s dynamic lines and internal movement convey a graceful, upward momentum.
