Velay vase

This wall-mounted bas-relief presents a free interpretation of the braids and lace techniques practiced at the Hôtel de la Dentelle in Brioude, France. Its creation required several steps, including modelling the woven elements in volume and installing them as a wall bas-relief on a brass sheet.
