Plum whisk holder
This wheel thrown matcha whisk holder is made in dark red stoneware and coated in salmon shino and wood ash glazes. It is then fired in reduction in a wood kiln. This piece shows the unpredictable results of ash deposits contrasting with its pale pink hues.
