Gion Leather Marquetry Wall Panel

This wall piece is made up of cut shapes brought together with marquetry, and hand dyed with inks on vegetable tanned leather. Inspired by the lanterns of the Gion district in Kyoto, Japan, it features a russet-coloured circle against a dark background.
