This semi-circular stoneware centrepiece is created to display a tasting menu on a parchment. Handmade in grogged stoneware and fired to 1250°C, its form draws on submarine formations, similar to the ones found off the Atlantic coast. The oxide and earthy tones allude to volcanic hues.
