Gravity’s Pot

This vessel is made from opaque and transparent hand rolled sheet glass, cut into small parts and laid into a mosaic. One of the elements made from a painting trapped between layers of glass and fused together. The vessel is re-heated and rolled up on a glassblowing pipe to be given shape.
