Suoneidonvaippa (lat. Epipactis palustris)

This sculpture is a study of the aesthetics of endangered Finnish flowers, whose details, rendered large and abstract, are formed through a glassmaking process. It consists of two free-blown parts with layers of colour and dark brown lines made of hot glass with filigree canes.
