Circulating water

This flower vessel explores the theme of the circulation of water and metal. It is made of copper, and its surface is patterned with tin and shaped by filling the interior with pine resin and hammering to create undulations. Its form suggests a human figure in contemplation, and in dialogue with water and metal.
