Baby Chef

The Baby Chef is a hybrid between a paring knife and a hunting knife. Andrés Maldonado plays with the Damascus pattern and the handle, covering only what is strictly necessary to keep the star-shaped Damascus pattern in full view. Crafted in high carbon 1095 and 15N20 steel, brass, the knife's handle is stabilised birch root wood.
