Turbine ring
This sculptural ring, made from a single sheet of 18 carat gold, was cut and folded to resemble a turbine. It showcases Karina Gill’s ongoing exploration of cutting and folding techniques. The piece was exhibited at Goldsmiths’ Fair in London alongside 100 rings from UK makers as part of Collect, an international fair for contemporary craft and design.
