This 4-metre cedar-hulled canvas-covered open canoe measures 90 cm wide at the centre, and tapers at each end to a point. The hull is formed from cedar ribs, steam-bent to shape and covered in 4 mm-thick cedar planks. A canvas skin is stretched over this to produce a finished boat.
