Ecce Homo

This life-size bust of Jesus Christ in fired clay, stuccoed and polychromed in oil, is an example of José Francisco Blasco’s most traditional sacral work. It conveys both pain and serenity through detailed facial features, wounded skin and a downward gaze. It is an emotionally and spiritually charged devotional piece.
