Hunting Scene Drawn Thread Tablecloth

This is a hand-embroidered tablecloth using the traditional deshilado technique of Lagartera. The embroidery incorporates four distinct techniques, vainicas hemstitching, thread withdrawal, seeding and cuajado filling. This is considered one of the most intricate and labour-intensive techniques within the Lagartera embroidery tradition.
