Oil Can 2564.24

This 'teapot' or oil can sculpture was wood fired in the salt kiln of Master John Skognes, Ole Morten Rokvam's ceramicist peer and friend. The top part is glazed. Due to the salt effect and the heat, the glaze runs intentionally giving it a rusty industrial feel.
