Tjala Honey Ants 2

This is a wheel-thrown ceramic vessel with a separate lid. Lynette Lewis uses terra sigillata, a brown underglaze made from local red earth, and black underglaze. She then uses the sgraffito technique to create a curved motif and honey ants on the surface.
