This organic shaped sculpture represents ears of corn collected and placed in a wire knitting basket as though freshly harvested. The ears are light and translucent cocoons with extremely thin walls, created one by one thanks to the technique of wool soaked in kaolin and fired at 1255°C. They are not stuck together but freely placed on top of each other.
