El Hombre Caiman

This elongated vessel in the form of a reptile's tail is inspired by The Alligator Man myth about a man who transforms into an alligator to swim underwater and spy on girls bathing in the river. This story belongs to the Colombian collective imagination in the Caribbean region. It is an abstraction in hammered silver of a body, part alligator, part human.
