Ablaze chair

This chair is inspired by the colours and power of an erupting volcano, by the movement of lava and the layers that it creates when the mountain or land overflows. The powerful red colours seen in lava are reflected in the fabric. The chair is made of a hand-cast brass frame that was shaped while hot.
