Purple Party earrings

This is a playful pair of earrings, part of a series, made using flat round amethysts. They contrast with the black silver as well as the faceted stones at the top, which are much paler. The earrings are designed to swing and the diamonds sparkle but are not too ‘loud’. The design is partly inspired by early cartoons and opulent antique jewellery.
