Resembling a book or scroll, this wall sculpture is made from Japanese gampi paper with mulberry bark inclusions. The graphite and watercolour markings on the paper are inspired by striations found in natural materials. It was first displayed at the Material Beings exhibition during London Craft Week in May 2023.
Homo Faber Finds is a new service aiming to inspire admirers of craft to connect and collaborate with exceptional artisans.
