This is a wicker birdhouse for blue-tits crafted in wicker and wiring by Christine Vincent. No cutting is involved, which imparts a tousled effect to the nest, as strands of wicker protrude from the main frame. This design is doubly effective at preventing access by predators and allowing the chick to perch before taking flight.
