Gig Gürtelmull machts anders

This picture book written by Nicole Pirker is dedicated to the inner strengths and hidden talents that lie within each of us. The protagonist, a pink fairy armadillo called Gig, also finds his special strength and a way to tell his story: through dancing. The illustrations by Clara Fruehwirth were hand drawn using pencil, coloured pencil, pastel crayon, baby oil and gouache on paper, and digitally enhanced. The book is published by Vermes publishing house.
