Bubble Vase III

This is a sculptural vase made from handcrafted solid bronze. The vase features a delicate, organic shape with a lumpy texture that resembles the intricate patterns found on the surface of a curious pumpkin found by Clotilde Ancarini in a field on the Île de Ré in France. All around were thousands of poppies, cornflowers and other ephemeral flowers.
