This chalice is a decorative piece from the Thames Glass collection. It is hand blown and uniquely crafted from local and recycled materials found in and around the River Thames, including river sands, wood ashes, and discarded mussel shells. Its form is inspired by ancient vessels, while its reddish-purple hue is achieved through the addition of magnesium.
Homo Faber Finds is a new service aiming to inspire admirers of craft to connect and collaborate with exceptional artisans.
