This majolica plate is painted with pure gold, platinum, red lustre and blue. It is part of the series dedicated to the Iguvine Tablets, in which ancestral liturgies are described: some characters of the ancient Umbrian language are deformed and combined to create a sort of of vision. The series is Katia Baldelli's homage to the ancient roots of Gubbio.
Homo Faber Finds is a new service aiming to inspire admirers of craft to connect and collaborate with exceptional artisans.
