Peau de Pierre

Peau de Pierre is an in situ art installation created from baking paper and black ink in the Chapel Sainte-Marguerite de Caubert in France. Between rock wrinkles or pleated epidermis, the crumpled paper revives the memory of the chapel, used as a leprosarium for centuries.
