Beyond the boundaries

In her layered works, which become three-dimensional sculptures when backlit, Daniela Iride Murgia seeks to describe worlds perched between reality and imagination. By combining the techniques of collage, paper cutting and embroidery, she creates a sense of depth in which the viewer can let the imagination wander.
